Register by setting up a supplier profile

Follow the steps below to create your free business profile in the VendorPanel Marketplace:

  1. Go to VendorPanel Marketplace.

  2. Search and select your supply categories.

  3. Register as a supplier and request invitation.

  4. Receive a ‘get started’ email from the VendorPanel system.

  5. Verify your account using the link in your ‘get started’ email, then follow the prompts to complete the registration.

You will start to receive notifications of public tenders for the supply categories and regions of service you selected during registration.

Buyers from Queensland and local governments, government owned corporations, not for profit organisations and universities use VendorPanel. If you supply to these entities or participate in Local Buy Arrangements and already have a profile in VendorPanel you won't need to set up a new one.

Make your supply categories visible to buyers

To maximise visibility of tendered supply opportunities, register into all supply categories (Marketplace Lists) that match your business capability:

  1. Login to VendorPanel

  2. Go to VendorPanel Marketplace and select Register on Marketplace Lists

    1. search categories suitable for your business

    2. for the list you wish to join, click Register

    3. select relevant categories and Save and continue

    4. repeat to register on other lists/categories

Update your profile in VendorPanel

Help buyers understand your suitability for supply opportunities

  1. Login to VendorPanel
  2. Edit your business profile using the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the screen, find Business Profile, update information and save.

Add your Region(s) of Service for targeted notifications

  1. Login to VendorPanel
  2. Go to VendorPanel Marketplace and select Manage Regions of Service for Tenders.

  3. Select the specific geographical region(s) where you deliver goods and services.

Change your Notification Preferences

  1. Login to VendorPanel
  2. Go to Settings and select Options and Settings to change the notification settings for quotes and tenders.

Add Colleagues

Register colleagues who support your tender process or represent regional and other office locations:

  1. Login to VendorPanel

  2. Find Admin tools and select Edit supplier list colleagues

    1. For each supplier list, select Manage

    2. Add Colleague Name and Colleague Email to Invite them to the list.

  3. Colleagues will receive an email invitation and need to complete the registration process.

What is VendorPanel and how does it work?

VendorPanel provides a single supplier portal featuring Queensland and local government tender opportunities.

Using this platform will streamline the tendering process and means that you can find more opportunities in one place.

Once registered, you can set up notifications and reminders.

To register to VendorPanel Marketplace, go to vendorpanel.com au slash marketplace and use the search bar to find the most appropriate supply list for your business.

You'll need to fill in some basic information and select the categories you'd like to appear on. Next, click on the link you received to create your business profile. This is what buyers see when they're considering who to include in their requests. So take the time to put your best foot forward to register to multiple lists. Repeat the process using the same email address. The new list will be linked to your account.

Once registered, your business will appear on the supply list. You can adjust your business information for each list you're on.

Add documents if required. And invite Colleagues. Colleagues have their own unique login and can respond to requests. As administrator, you'll have visibility across all activity and your business will appear as a local supplier in the regions your colleague service. You can adjust your categories by clicking on more options.

Once completed, the preview button will allow you to see how your profile appears to buyers. The home button takes you to your vendorpanel. Dashboard.

Current requests will appear here. Critical tasks are promoted to the top of the page. First, you'll need to set your regions of service,

Streamlining how you supply to government

The Queensland Government is partnering with Local Buy, the peak procurement body of the Local Government Association of Queensland, to simplify how you do business with government.

Once you’ve registered, you’ll find opportunities from the Queensland Government and local governments (councils) in one convenient location.
